Terms and conditions of use of the Services and Fee Management
Software
“Rezid Service” LLC (Identity Number 405217082), address: Georgia,
Tbilisi, M. Aleksidze Street N12, 2nd floor, office space N11
(hereinafter - Administrator), allows to use the "Services and Fee
Management Software" (hereinafter - the "Platform") in accordance with
the Terms and conditions of use of the Services and Fee Management
Software (hereinafter - the terms of use).
Services and Fee Management Software – rezid.bpms.ge, is a web resource
on which the electronic services available in the multifunctional
complex of KING DAVID are located. One of the main advantages of using
the platform is that various services are available to its users on a
"one-stop" basis - only from one point, after one-time registration on
the platform and acceptance of these terms of use.
When using the Platform You agree that the Administrator has the right
to disclose, transmit and / or verify / receive information about you
reflected on the Platform to third parties. By using the platform, you
automatically agree to the policy of privacy, which implies the
processing of a proportionate amount of personal data in order to
provide the requested information / service / services. Additionally, in
each case, you have the opportunity to learn in detail about the
characteristics of personal data that the administrator will be
processing.
3.1. The initial registration is performed in accordance with the
registration form placed on the platform, by entering identifiable data.

terrorist acts, civil unrest, natural disasters, accidents, fire, water
damage, explosion, mechanism failure, or natural disasters;
4.1.5. With total or partial disruption of electricity or other utility
supply;
4.1.6. By total or partial strike or other delay in the labor
process;
4.1.7. Restrictions imposed by the government or by law, court
decisions, or other forms of human intervention; or
4.1.8. For any other reason (whether similar or dissimilar to the ones
listed above) that is not under the administrator's control.
5.1. This platform and its rules of use are governed by Georgian law
and must be interpreted in accordance with it, whether you live in
Georgia or not. Any claim or dispute arising out of or in connection
with your access to and use of this Platform, as well as these Terms of
Use and/or the Privacy Policy, shall be submitted only to the Court of
Georgia.
5.2. You agree to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Georgia
in the event that an administrator files a lawsuit against you arising
from or relating to your access to or use of this Platform, these Terms
of Use, and/or the Privacy Policy.
5.3. If it becomes impossible to enforce these Terms of Use and/or
Privacy Policy, the remaining rules and regulations will remain
unchanged, and the unenforceable rule or regulation will be replaced by
the enforceable rule or regulation that is closest to the purpose of the
enforcement rule or regulation. These Terms of Use and the Privacy
Policy are subject to change, and the Administrator may, in its sole
discretion, make changes to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy
provisions at any time without notice.

organizations if necessary. Among them, but not exclusively, are fraud
prevention agencies and business directories.
3.3. Data security is important to us, we keep data safe and
confidential. If we identify the risk of fraud, we reserve the right to
suspend transactions for your security or refuse access to them/deny a
respective service.
During data processing, the principles of data processing defined by
the Law on Personal Data Protection are respected.
5.1. In case of purchase of the service by the interested party the
amount is paid by card (deducted) and the amount is returned in
accordance with the Georgian legislation, at the location - Georgia,
Tbilisi, M. Aleksidze Street N12, 2nd floor, office space N11.
5.2. You are responsible for owning, using and protecting security the
bank card and other equipment required to access and use this platform.
